His first feature film is a fantasy romantic comedy Hurry Om Hurry starring Siddharth Randheria, Raunaq Kamdar, Vyoma Nandi, Malhaar Rathod Shivam Parekh, and Ragi Jani. He has been a creative director on Broken but Beautiful starring Vikrant Massey and Harleen Kaur. Nisarg Vaidya started his professional journey as a Director's Assistant (DA) in ad films. This is where he got to work with prominent directors like Lloyd Baptista, Vivek Kakkad, Shirsha Guha, Shakun Batra, and Anurag Kashyap. He worked in this position for 8 years which gave him massive exposure while shooting with international cast and crew in places like the USA, Spain, Romania, Malaysia, and Thailand. After this, he shifted his focus to directing digital ad films while venturing into long formats. He was the associate director of the Gujarati film "Midnights with Meneka" directed by Viral Shah and produced by Coconut Motion Pictures. He also worked closely with Harsh Dedhia as a creative director on the popular web show "Broken But Beautiful Season 2" which was produced by AltBalaji. "Hurry Om Hurry" marked Nisarg's directorial debut. This film is produced by Sanjay Chhabria (Everest Entertainment). In 2019 Nisaro established his own production company; Five Pence Productions. Nisaro received high accolade for his characterisation of Jed, a troubled young man. A consultant psychiatrist with many years experience, expressed " Nisaro's portrayal of Jed, a man with Asperger's Syndrome was authentic with perfect nuances that were sensitive to the character giving a real understanding to this man and his condition. It brought tears to my eyes". Five Pence Productions are now working on their first feature film due for release in 2021. As a well-travelled and educated individual, Nisaro entered the business world at an early age before studying Law as a mature student.
